Project - Chai-yo
This was a
major intervention run over two stages that focused on the Agricultural
operation of an integrated Thailand
poultry producer. Over an 18 month period the business was restructured and reorganised
to ensure measurement and accountability was clearly established.
This was achieved by carrying out a thorough analysis of the
business then appointing from within the organisation
a Task Team. The Task Team worked with the guidance of external project
consultants to a measurable project plan and transformed the operating
performance and financial viability of the business.
